Manual Self-impressioning decoder DM can open and decode Lock models with 3 -5- 3 pins Cisa double bit lever locks for doors.

Important: this tool does not open locks with anti-pick cuts!

Since this DM decoder has a design meant for the double bit lever lock with 3-5-3 levers, its structure is build accordingly. Important! The decoder can be used for any double bit lock that matches to the size of this tool externally and in terms of pin alignment.The pick consists of stick with 3-5-3 pins. Those pins are arranged in a certain order that corresponds to the lock it is made for. On the other hand, the pins are tightened by a pin manipulator. It is positioned on the back of the handle. If it is tight the pins will be hard to move. If it is loose, the pins will be soft.

Preparation

You take one of the two springs and put it into the handle. After that you remove the cap of the Left (L) or Right (R) stick (positioned on its back). After that you insert the stick (left or right) inside the handle as shown in the video
You tighten it to the handle with the hex key. And you insert the pin manipulator on the back of the handle. The movement of the pins (how tight they are) is the most important thing. Failing to tighten them will fail the opening procedure! Finally you mount the small tension handles. The decoder is ready to be used.

Opening and Repairing Procedure with DM Decoder

Make sure the lock is the CORRECT one. You insert the tool with the pins corresponding to the position of the levers inside the lock. You start the opening procedure. 

DM decoder will lift each lever to a specific height in order for the locking bolt to move. And at some point the pins will “assume” the position corresponding to that of the “teeth” of the original key.

Moreover, the DM decoder is easy to assemble and disassemble. Another key point is how easy you can repair any broken or twisted pin – just unscrew the pin manipulator and change the damaged pin.

This lockpick tool works in a non- disruptive way. Every tool can be used on a specific lock! in this case with 3-5-3 levers or on locks with similar dimensions. The dimension of the insides of the locks (the size of the original key) is crucial. Meaning – the count of the levers and the distance between the levers is a must to know before using any lockpick tool. Lucky decoders makes no difference. 

General information for the DM decoders

There is no such thing as “one tool to open EVERY lock”. Hence, universal tool cannot exist with this types of tools! The operator must know the Double Bit Lock he tries to open. Hence some locksmith knowledge is required.

These lockpick tools work with NO FORCE. You apply medium amount of tension. The tool will lift each of the levers of the Double Bit Lock to a specific height. And this allows the locking bolt to move forward. This happens until it “assumes” the position corresponding to that of the “teeth” of the original key. In this way the profile of a half of the key is obtained. To obtain the other half, it is necessary to repeat the operation for the second half of the profile. At this point you have a complete double bit profile able to open and close the lock exactly like the original key.
