Even the best-cleaned gasoline injector may appear to be in perfect condition while still delivering 3–4% more or less fuel than specified. Such a deviation cannot be detected without proper testing. Just a small variation in flow rate or spray pattern can affect engine performance, fuel consumption, and overall efficiency.

This is why professional servicing does not end with ultrasonic cleaning.

Once the injectors have been cleaned, they undergo testing and calibration using a dedicated test fluid. This process verifies that each injector delivers the correct amount of fuel and performs consistently with the others. It is this final step that ensures the engine will operate smoothly and reliably after the injectors are reinstalled.
